Refunds and returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it• is unsafe• is significantly different from the sample or description• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.This information doesn’t limit the scope your rights or our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. Applying for Warranty and Product Returns
To return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us directly. All warranty issues are dealt with on an individual basis.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. All transactions are processed in AUD.
Payment for Orders
Payment options for online purchases include VISA, Mastercard or direct deposit. We only accept Australian issued credit cards. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient. For store pick up orders, payment is made in person when picking up, and we accept cash only.
